Some notes to be aware of before booking:

Appointments are held in reserve for you specifically.  If you need to cancel for any reason, we need at least 24 hours notice to be able to offer that time to another patient.  Less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50 for which the patient is responsible.

Please be advised that we are no longer able to accept patients with Medicare in our practice due to their strict enforcements and provisions.

To schedule:
Use the online scheduler below to request the appointment type you need and what day and time will work for you.  If you’re a new patient, you’ll be added to the wait list and your appointment will be confirmed shortly. If you’re an established patient, your appointment will be booked immediately and you’ll receive a confirmation text from (517) 615-6525.

New Patients:
Our initial intake is a $249 out of pocket responsibility, paid at the time of service. We do not take or work with any insurance. We are happy to offer you receipts to submit on your own.
